Global Pet's Food Sp. z o.o. is a Polish manufacturer of complete food and treats for dogs and cats, operating from a purpose-built plant in Koźmin Wielkopolski. Since 2020 our team of 250+ specialists has developed more than 5,000 recipes for retail chains, brand owners and distributors in Europe and beyond.
Recipe development, technology, production, packaging and launch documentation are handled inside one organisation. That single-owner process is why our partners move from brief to shelf in 45–60 days instead of months — with full batch traceability behind every pallet.

Every formula is developed and validated internally by our technologists and food-safety specialists. Raw materials and finished products are tested before anything leaves the plant — which is how we keep sensory and nutritional consistency across repeat production runs.

What is the lead time for a new private label product?
45–60 days from an approved specification: brief and consultation (1–2 days), recipe development (14–21 days), trial runs and verification (7–10 days), first production series (14–21 days), dispatch (2–5 days).
Which certifications does your plant hold?
IFS Food, BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety and HACCP for food safety and quality management, plus ASC and MSC chain of custody for responsibly sourced fish ingredients. Audit reports and certificate copies are available for supplier qualification.
Can you manufacture to our own recipe?
Yes. We need the recipe specification and finished product parameters, then verify technical feasibility and target-market compliance during the launch phase. An NDA is signed at the start of cooperation.
Do you support export labelling and documentation?
Yes — technical specifications, nutritional declarations, local-language label verification, batch traceability records and shipping documentation for EU and third-country markets.
What packaging formats can you fill?
Alupack pouches 85–500 g, trays and pâtés 100–300 g, cans 85–1250 g, doypacks, flow packs, jars 100–150 g and kibble bags 0.5–6 kg — including recyclable and shelf-ready versions.
How is quality controlled between batches?
Four control levels: raw material intake, in-process HACCP critical control points, finished product laboratory release and packaging/labelling verification. Every batch is numbered and fully traceable from supplier to recipient.
